Model No. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Model No. designs, and we take pride in delivering them to your door in perfect condition. We stand by our quality of craftsmanship and our commitment to the happiness of all of our customers: therefore everything we make, including fully custom designs, can be returned for a full within the year of purchase.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are available to the original purchaser of the product for up to 1 year from purchase.
  • In order to qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in like new condition.
  • To process a refund, we require the original order number, which you can find in your confirmation email as well as on your packing slip.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 1 to 2 Months.
  • Customer is responsible for packing and shipping related costs.

All Model No. products are covered by our limited warranty, guaranteeing that they are delivered to you in perfect condition, free of defects in materials or craftsmanship. If you have discovered a problem with your item, please review our warranty for more details on next steps.

Renew and Recycle:

We believe in a more sustainable future for furniture, and are committed to renewal, re-use, and recycling wherever possible.

If your Model No. item has reached the end of its life with you, rather than contributing to landfill, you can return it to us and we will either renew it and for a new life, or, if that is not possible, we will compost all parts appropriately, and appropriately recycle any other parts that cannot be composted.

Products returned for the recycling process may be returned at any time, in any condition, by any owner. Customer is responsible for packing and shipping related costs.
